$$
Refund Policy $$
As
of May 19th 2008, There is no prorating of fees for
days missed due to absence, illness, vacation, or other
activities!
Please
schedule your time accordingly. If after signing up
for a class or program, you decide this is not what
you want, we will move you to a different class or program.
-
If
your child should miss a day due to illness or they
just didn't make it to class that day, there
are no makeup's scheduled, no credits are issued
for that day, no recreation swim passes are given
(like missing a day of school).
-
If
your child should develop a medical problem, we
will move them to the next session, however; should
they severely injure themselves causing them to
be out of swimming for the entire session, and there
are no other sessions available for us to sign your
child up for, we will refund, minus the days in
attendance.
Please
Remember that the Aquatics staff has no control
over "Acts of God" for example: If we hear
thunder or see lightening, we would close the pool
for 30 minutes. If lightning wasn't seen again within
the 30 minutes, the pool would reopen, however; if
lightning is seen again, the pool would remain closed
until 30 minutes goes by without hearing thunder and/or
seeing lightning. No makeup's are scheduled. No credits
or refunds are issued or recreation swim passes given
out. Another example would be a fecal accident.
-
If
a fecal accident should happen, it is required that
the pool close for 24 hours, the pool is vacuumed,
and superchlorinated to help rid the pool of contaminants.
-
If
your class is being conducted in the small pool
and the small pool is closed due to a fecal accident,
those classes will not be moved to the big pool,
instead a safety day may be offered.
Again
we have no control over this, no makeup's are scheduled,
no credits or refunds are issued or recreation swim
passes given. It becomes a very bad and frustrating
day for everyone.
